To ensure youth around the world are exposed to integrity, in and through sport, OATH took a new direction to help generate systemic, long term cultural change in sport. A youth pilot program was created for the Sydney Olympic Games. Accompanying this program was a renewed commitment to ongoing evaluation of the IOC Reforms.
