The OATH Report Building on the Statement of Consensus and outcomes of the New York Symposium, the OATH Report card works from the Fundamental principles of the Olympic Movement, and applies them to the key areas of Olympic Reform: Structure and Governance, Doping, Bid Cities, and Sport Development. OATH involved athletes, academics, experts, sport administrators, government representatives, and members of the IOC's own reform process in the discussions that led to this report. The recommendations are often compromises, always grounded in the best available evidence and reason and they are eminently practical.
